Nottingham 2012

Dates: 8-11 July 2012

The University of Nottingham has made a formal offer to host the Medieval and Renaissance Music Conference in 2012, continuing the tradition of alternating years in Britain and continental Europe. In order to minimize the number of (inevitable) conflicts with other summer conferences and events, the organizers have decided on the dates 8-11 July, to link into the end of IMS (Rome), and to clear the 12-15 July period in which the baroque conference will be happening at Southampton. Many thanks to the team at Nottingham for stepping in after the unforeseen withdrawal of Oxford Brookes University due to unavoidable scheduling disruptions.
